Yes. Nuri was made with all fitness levels in mind, including beginners! Kimmie does her best to provide ample modifications in every workout to ensure that everyone feels confident and taken care of in each workout.
To start, all you really need is your beautiful body & a mat. However, we do recommend having a range of dumbbells, light weights, a Pilates ring, ankle weights, and a ball to get the best results possible.

A pre/post natal program will be coming in the future. For now, the Pilates sessions are not suitable for pregnancy but the strength and meditation classes are. Kimmie is certified in Pre/Post Natal Athletics and Pelvic Floor and has a long history of working 1:1 with clients who have trained through their pregnancy and trained to heal after their delivery.
Research has shown that strength training provides myriad benefits for hormone health, including blood sugar regulation which is at the heart of most chronic diseases. Kimmie uses her 8+ years of teaching expertise and personal experience with PCOS and Hypothyroidism to take a calm, detailed, and strategic approach to strength training —both functional strength training and Pilates. This ensures each class delivers a workout that is in alignment with what research suggests has the best impact on hormone health. Each class is fully cued and demonstrated so you’re never confused about proper form or muscle focus. Additionally, our on-demand library includes guided breathwork and meditation classes which is beneficial for stress reduction and nervous system regulation.
You can subscribe on a monthly or yearly basis. Both memberships include the same content. All subscriptions can be canceled at any time. No refunds will be issued.
